About TangoArgentino.sk portal
Who we are: We are a team of Argentine tango dancers, fans and lovers. Our aim is to support promotion and popularization of tango in Slovakia. We created this portal and its Facebook site, we update and extend them regularly, and we administer the calendar of milongas and other events and also issue a mailing list.
The Slovak part of the portal: Since the TangoArgentino.sk portal is aimed at promoting and supporting tango activities in Slovakia, most of the portal´s content is written in Slovak. The portal contains the overview of tango schools, milongas and other tango events in Slovakia, calendars and many other information and motivation articles about tango.
The English part and bilingual part of the portal: Some part of the portal is in English – most of the information is intended for foreign tango dancers (milonga visitors) whom we will be glad to welcome to Slovakia. One specific part in English is designed for people who are interested in inviting, hosting and the exchange of DJs, musicians, tango teachers and for partner´s cooperation while organizing tango events. The English part of the portal is gradually extended, some of its parts are also restated in order to make them bilingual.
